I have 4 years experience working within Recruitment with the most recent position being Regional Recruitment Manager for a leading UK retailer. My initial decision for entering this industry came purely from the ease I found in compiling a CV, completing application forms, and succeeding in interviews. I found I was offered every job I went for, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I also believed that by working within recruitment I could assist others with the process. Whilst this assistance forms part of the job role, recruitment itself is primarily a sales industry and I found that the candidate focus could sometimes be lost in the numbers and commission.

 

Therefore I decided to take my skills and genuine passion for helping people on their employment journey and start a business purely for the candidate alone.

No sales, no commission - just support and advice.
